Repair Blueprint Authorization

  • I understand the repair blueprint fee is $95 plus 2% of the blueprint total not to exceed $375. The blueprint fee will be waived or credited to my billing if the repairs are completed at Triangle Collision in their entirety. I authorize Triangle Collision to perform any and all operations they deem necessary to prepare a thorough repair blueprint including but not limited to towing, disassembly, pre-repair scanning for trouble codes, OEM repair research and limited repair operations necessary to reveal the full scope of damages. I understand the charges for these operations are in addition to the blueprint fee. I grant Triangle Collision permission to operate the vehicle described herein for the purpose of testing, inspection and/or transporting my vehicle to a sublet service provider as necessary to perform a thorough repair blueprint
  • I understand that by authorizing the repair based on the third party appraisal as noted above, that I am responsible for any and all liabilities associated should it be deficient in any manner. Deficiencies that may cause delay, shortcoming in the repair and additional expense.

    I understand that Triangle Collision will not review the third party appraisal for sufficiency prior to beginning the repair process. Should Triangle Collision find any deficiency during the repair process I understand that Triangle Collision will interrupt the repair process and perform a thorough repair blueprint prior to continuing the repair process and I authorize them to do so in order to mitigate further and ongoing costs associated with continuing the repair process with an insufficient repair blueprint.

    I understand that a mechanic’s lien is in place and if it becomes necessary for you to employ a collection agency and/or an attorney to collect this account, I, the undersigned, agree to pay all administrative and lien fees, collection and/or court costs, plus reasonable attorney fees.
